Biljana Tanurovska-Kjulavkovski 
programme director
Biljana Tanurovska-Kjulavkovski is a cultural worker, researcher, curator, and writer working at the intersection of dance, theatre, and visual arts performance, and has been an active part of the independent scene both locally and across the ex-Yugoslav region. She works as a freelance critic in culture and curator, and is affiliated to several organizations and networks. She works as a program director of Lokomotiva – Centre for New Initiatives in Arts and Culture that she co-funded in 2003. She is also, one of the co-founders and decision-making member of Nomad Dance Academy (NDA), and co-founded and curated of the first independent space for performing arts in North Macedonia, Kino Kultura (KK) — a project space for contemporary performing arts and culture (2015–2020). She also co-founded LocoMotion Festival for Contemporary Dance and Performance (2008–2016), among other initiatives.
Biljana is dedicated to initiating, curating, and managing diverse projects and programs. Emilija Chochkova 
programme and financial manager
She holds a degree in Theater, Film, and TV Production and has over 20 years of experience in the field. From 2005 to 2015, she worked as a program producer at the national TV channel Telma. In 2015, she founded ART PROEKT LAB, the production house behind two seasons of the TV series The Family Markovski (supported by USAID, EED, and NED).
Since 2022, she has been working as a producer at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje and as a project and financial manager at Lokomotiva – Centre for New Initiatives in Arts and Culture. Within Lokomotiva, she has managed various projects, including Re-Imagine (green transition in performing arts) and Non-Aligned Movements, both supported by Creative Europe. She has also contributed to programs such as the International School Curating in Context and the Performance Platform Festival.
She is an EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs) graduate and a Berlinale Talents alumna (Berlin Film Festival). In addition to her institutional work, she has extensive experience in the independent scene as a producer and project manager, focusing on art production in the performing arts.
Gjurgjica Hristovska 
administrator
Gjurgјica Hristovska is a graduate Engineer аgronomist, department of fruit growing with viticulture at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. He has many years of work experience as a technical secretary from 2009 to 2017 at TEAM POINT LLC in Skopje. In 2018, she started working at the NGO Lokomotiva – Center for New Initiatives in Art and Culture, Skopje and the Association for Theater and Educational Activity Theater of Navigator Cvetko, as an administrator. She worked also at Kino Kultura project space for conemporary performing arts as office manager and administrator. She is working at varioius project of Lokomotiva as administrator.
Viktorija Ilioska
collaborator, choreographer and program coordinator
Viktorija Ilioska is a Macedonian choreographer and performer based between North Macedonia and Germany. For over a decade now, she has been actively working on programs for the support and development of contemporary dance, both collaborating with institutions and strengthening the independent scene. Since 2010, she has been a member of Nomad Dance Academy and Lokomotiva – Centre for New Initiative in Arts and Culture, through which she works on bringing connections and collaborations within the local and national contexts of the Balkan region. Viktorija holds a master’s degree in Choreography and Performance from the Institute of Applied Theatre Studies at Justus Liebig University, Gießen, Germany. Her recent works include the long-term performative research project and collaboration “It could be something very minimal” started in 2018 between her, Patrick Faurot, and Max Smirzitz. Dino Chupeski
coordination and Executive Production
Dino Chupevski is an Art Producer and Researcher with more than 8 years of experience in the non-governmental, the international organisations’ sphere, and the spectrum of arts and culture.
He has implemented multiple video projects, led creative campaigns, documentary and research projects and collaborated with NGOs, public institutions and companies including UNICEF, HERA, Lokomotiva, Sloboden Pechat, Tiiit.Inc, Vidi Vaka, Reborn, Institute for Communication Studies, Piranha Arts Berlin, Youth Cultural Centre Skopje, ThreePenny Belgrade, Publicis Skopje and others.
As a Producer and Researcher in collaboration with multiple artistic and research teams, he signed 4 theatre plays, a series of interdisciplinary art projects, and developed multiple podcasts focused on topics such as sustainable practices in ecological and societal context, endemic species treatment, urban development, feminism, cultural policies etc. He is also active as a youth educator in artistic and feministic contexts.
He is a Co-Founder and Director of the art production Atrium and an active collaborator as an Executive Producer at Lokomotiva – Centre for new initiatives in Arts & Culture, both based in Skopje.
Holds a BsC in Economics, from the Faculty of Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
Ljubomir Faizov
collaborator and PR officer
Ljubomir is LGBTIQ+ equality activist, working more than ten years as a Program Coordinator at the LGBTI Support Centre – Skopje. He is part of the Skopje Pride Weekend festival team and part of the organizational board of Skopje Pride Parade. In the scope of his work, he has been coordinating projects focused on LGBTI advocacy, community organizing, queer culture and has been responsible for the social media accounts of the organization. His involvement as a PR and social media collaborator of Lokomotiva started from February 2024.
