Lokomotiva programs are developed through the projects in the areas of visual and media arts, contemporary dance, documentary and film production, arts and culture management programmes with the intention of the development of other segments in the arts.
All programmes are structured to be interactive, focusing on new tendencies and supporting new initiatives in the arts and culture.
Lokomotiva programmes are developed in following directions:
- To educate, promote, foster and mobilize new generation of artists, creators, authors, storytellers, digital storytellers;
- To enhance production in the arts and culture;
- To introduce new art tendencies in the Macedonian society and to stimulate the audience cultural needs, and other areas of cultural development of the society;
- To explore cultural, technical, social and vocational possibilities for new tendencies / ideas and technologies
